Noah Strandlund, a young, deeply insecure ex-vangelical in the midst of a faith crisis, dreams of marrying his childhood sweetheart, Anna. Upon asking her parents for her hand in marriage, Anna's father invites him first to attend a Christian men's retreat at an abandoned compound in the middle of the woods, where he uncovers a seedy underbelly of Christian Nationalism and must fight his way out to save his loved ones and himself.
